Refund Policy

We make small batches of fermented and pickled food. We want every jar to land right. If it doesn't, here's what we do.
We'll refund or replace if:
- Your jar arrived broken or leaking. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery to hello@cancanfood.com and we'll either refund or send a fresh jar.
- We sent the wrong order or missed something. Same thing — email us with a photo of what arrived and we'll fix it.
- Something tastes off, looks spoiled, or has visible mold. Don't eat it. Email us with a photo, and we'll refund or replace.
We can't refund:
- Opened jars where you just didn't love the flavor. This is food, not a sweater — once it's open, we can't take it back for safety reasons. But we want to know: tell us what didn't work, we'll feed it back into R&D.
- Cancellations after we've started preparing your order. Once jars are packed for you, they're yours. Reach out before that and we'll cancel + refund.
